Sketchbook Drawings
Sketchbooking plays a vital role in Demo Dema’s practice, serving as a platform for visual note-taking and the recording of experiences, from exhibition visits and city trips to drinks with friends.
Since January 1rst 2026, Virgile has been making a sketchbook drawing a day, documenting the everyday in one image : a rockstar on a book cover, a lost cat, an Egyptian God on the cashier’s t-shirt, the view from the café, a horseman from a collage, and so on.
